Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After quitting her gymnastics career Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness contests at the age of was 16 years old. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end her childhood career in gymnastics. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license at 17 years old. She was one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her education at college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and picked up her previous place of taking part in elite contests like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting up new goals. By 2009, she'd been awarded four fitness awards. In addition, the year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age in history. Ariel took 6 years to complete her degree after earning the Pro Card. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In June of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in compete in the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place within the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more than proud of the result. In light of the fact that she had to compete against top athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel enjoys working out on the lower part of her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. The first step is warming up before going into working sets. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. The routine she does for her back is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
