Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on October 28, 1967 as the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. Roberts is from the fourth generation of Roberts family who resided in Atlanta. It started with her grandfather John Pendleton Roberts who was an agriculturalist. Early on, her father became interested in theater. When he was an undergraduate at Emory University, he performed on stage in a number of shows in Atlanta. When he joined in 1953 the Air force, he appeared alongside Betty Lou Bredemus in Biloxi. Both married in 2005 and had their first child, Eric Anthony in 1956. Walter was a student at Tulane University at New Orleans In 1957, the city of Louisiana where they had separated from the US Air Force. Walter was hired as a technician by Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio to be a part of the production team for the show Bum Bum and His Buddies in Decatur Georgia. In 1964, Walter and Betty Lou began production on a local children's Saturday morning television program named Bum Bum and His Buddies which they financed on their own. They founded an Actors and Writers Workshop in the year 1964, and it was in operation for a period of 6 years. During this time they also had two children Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in 1965 and Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
